Helena has over 20 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) and training ESL educators. She is dedicated to helping both students and teachers achieve success. Helena holds a master’s degree in education and is currently pursuing a third master’s degree in Learning Technology and Experience Design at New York University (NYU). She has also earned the DELTA, a prestigious TESOL diploma from Cambridge University. Known for her friendly and supportive approach, Helena excels and thrives in diverse, multicultural environments, and she loves mentoring teachers. Outside of work, she is passionate about film, literature, and music. You can often find her cheering for her favorite soccer team, Grêmio Foot-Ball Porto Alegrense!
