Teaching Philosophy:  In my 23 years of experience in the field of adult education, I have come to realize that every student, regardless of age, social, cultural, or educational background, can achieve his/her academic goals as long as he/she is given an opportunity to study and is provided with support from his/her teachers and mentors.
