1. Disclaimer

Admission to one Campus Education school or program should not be considered admission to any other Campus Education school or program. In addition, admission to Campus Education does not guarantee approval of any F-1 student visa application.

2. Refund Policy

The registration, processing, and express mail fees are non-refundable. Tuition is 100% refundable if:

Student withdraws before the start of class or fails to begin studies (i.e. is a no-show).
Student does not enter the U.S. to begin studies.

Other Types of Refunds

Refund policies for students who begin but do not complete their studies are dictated by the governing laws of the education departments of the respective states. Please contact the relevant Campus Education center for refund policies pertaining to study at that center. A student can officially drop a class and request a refund calculation by submitting a signed Drop/Absent Form. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds to be processed. Refunds made by wire transfer will incur a fee of $40.

3. Privacy Policy

Any communications sent through this website or by e-mail are not encrypted and are not secure communications. Messages and information that you send by e-mail or through this website may be intercepted by others. We cannot guarantee the privacy, security, or delivery of the information that you send or the absolute privacy of our use, storage, and maintenance of such information.

Because the information that you may provide is not secure or encrypted, do not send any personal data such as your social security number, date of birth, or other private or sensitive information.

Use of the Internet, this website, and/or e-mail is for your convenience only, and you assume the risk of hacking, interception, disclosure, or unauthorized use of your information. You hereby agree to hold Campus Education harmless from any and all loss, damages, or costs resulting from any unauthorized disclosure, hacking, and/or any other unauthorized use or loss of your personal information by outside parties.

SOME STATES PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THUS, THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE FOR YOU TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.
