Rufina is an experienced education leader with over 20 years in teaching, school management, and instructional supervision. She has served as a teacher, education supervisor, school principal, and adult educator. She also held leadership roles in the AusAID Basic Education for Mindanao (BEAM) project, overseeing program planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with government and international partners.

Rufina is a student-focused leader who supports both students and staff while fostering a collaborative and positive learning environment.
