Teaching Philosophy: I strongly believe in the communicative principle in teaching ESL students.  Students learn better and faster when there is active communication in class.  It is also so important to provide some level of scaffolding to help students while they build the language skills to be autonomous learners.  Effective classroom instruction teamed with autonomous learning will undoubtedly allow students to master the new language.
