Teaching Philosophy: While individual learning is important, succeeding without support from others can be very challenging, if not impossible. Therefore, I always aim to create opportunities for group discussions and collaborative learning. This way, my students can understand the steps they need to take to excel as part of a team while also improving as individuals.
